This cartoon is in Dutch and refers to Flemish and Belgian politics. So, I owe some explanation who Conner Rousseau is. He is a Flemish politician, a leader of social democratic party Vooruit. A young guy, born in 1992. He is very popular, many TV-station invite him to their programs and TV-shows, not only political ones. And one day he made his coming out. So, it is rather a satire than the cartoon.
